DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA

The village of Búger is located among the municipal of Campanet,
 Sa Pobla, Inca and Selva.
 
 Surrounded of a group of hills, of 100 to 150 meters to the west,
 south and east. With 8 km2 and 917 inhabitants, Búger is the
 smaller municipality extension of Mallorca.
 
 The typical and autochthonous craft of Búger are the making of
 " Picarols " (cowbells) and  wooden tablespoons,
 it is also an excellent producer of sheep and pig livestock.
 
Every Friday night just about every bar of the town, offers its visitors typical mallorcan treats, including a display of the towns craftsmanship. 

 
 Búger celebrates the Saint day  "Sant Pere" on the  29th of June, and on the first weekend of May, the fiesta called "Jai" is celebrated. This is when all the people from the town go to the forest for a picnic.

House from the XVII century, reformed in 2005 following old architectural norms. All its character from this period in time is preserved. An annex called “Tafona” located next to the dining room has been preserved, where in earlier days they grinded olives for extracting olive oil. Large house, disposing of 2 living rooms – one on each floor – as well 2 kitchens, also one on each floor. Small bedroom with sofa bed, which permits privacy.
