DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
Located
near "Muro",Santa Margarita is a small town, however,it
is one of the most important in tourist terms, because it belongs to
the popular "Can Picafort" "Son Bauló" and "Son Serra de Marina", in
the Alcúdia bay.
In "Can Picafort tourism began during the last century. People
would stay in small
vacation huts, like those that exist today in "Platja dels
Capellans" in "Muro".
Santa Margarita has a coastal extension of aproximately. 9 km.
long. Made up of part dunes and fine sand beaches, conforming into an
area of great ecological value.
153 archaeological locations are documented in the municipal term, which makes
"Santa Margalida" a paradise for lovers of archaeology.

HOUSE DETAILS "Eixeria"
Newly constructed house well cared for and with lovely
finish, situated in Santa Margarita with countryside view. This house built
on 7.300 m2 of land borders the Santa Margarita-Canpicafort road, and
traffic can therefore be heard, but since the house is constructed with this
in mind, it therefore has double-glazing and the pool and the porch are
situated on the other side, making the house act as a noise barrier.
