"Sa Capella"- Santa Margarita -

LOCATION 

Located near "Muro", is a small town Santa Margarita ,it is  one of the most important in tourist terms, because it belongs to  the popular "Can Picafort"  "Son Bauló" and "Son Serra de Marina", in the  Alcúdia bay.
 
In "Can Picafort"  the tourism began during the last century, staying in small vacation huts, like those that  exist now,  on the beach  of "Platja dels Capellans" in "Muro".

Situated in the flat lands Santa Margarita  has a coastal  extension of aproximately 9 kms long., made up of part dunes and fine sand beaches, that conform into an area of great ecological value.

153 archaeological locations are documented in the municipal term, that which makes  "Santa Margalida" a paradise for lovers of  archaeology.

Sa Capella is a small aristocratic palace  from the end of  the XIX century, located in the pinnacle of "Puig de Sta. Margarita",  dominating excellent views of the region.
